RDA events should be your first stop in planning your function. Whether it is a wedding, a launch or a huge promotion, they will be able to supply you with all the decor and linen that you will need. Their costume department has exquisite costumes for hire to suit any occasion.

A hiring service to suit you

No more "run of the mill" linen seen at every function or "tired - over - exposed" theme decor and props at outrageous prices. We are constantly creating new stock and sourcing fabulous ideas and creations that you can use even for the most simple of functions. We deliver, collect and save you time and effort. We can meet with your client (as part of your team) or deal directly by arrangement with yourselves. Our warehouse is a `hive of activity' and a ` treasure chest' of creativity . We make and design all props and linen on the premises.

Table linen, table decor and appointments

All our linen is of very high standard and free from holes, burns and darns.

We specialise in overlays, napkins and place mats in many different colours and designs to suit all occasions. We will source specific colours and find unique and creative designs to enhance your theme and colour scheme at the standard hiring price.

Centre pieces, mirrors, vases, place mats and special theme centre pieces designed to order.

Decor, theme drops, screens and fabric draping

We can conceptualise , design and supply many wonderful themes to compliment your service to your clients and are prepared to hire out any part of our stock.

Guests supply and outdoors activities

Fruit, nut and Confectionery baskets. Postcard/stamp and pen sets, wine presentation packs, curios, framed personalised group photographs the same day delivery and many more ideas to add to any incentive programme.

Costume hire

We have a wardrobe of over 1200 costumes covering different eras and traditions and can dress waiting staff, hostess's actors and guests to match themes and incentive programme functions.

Entertainment

We are well connected to bands, artists, actors, comperes, DJ's and can also supply any one of our own cabaret shows and musical revues which are readily available.
